Here we talk about what they’ll be doing. What is required of them for the beach cleanups? community projects? do we want to encourage people to bring their unique skillset to ‘donate’, if they’re good at videography, photography, social media, cooking, etc?

Do they need sailing experience? Will they learn to sail? who is responsible for teaching them the ropes? What responsibilities do people share on the boat? cooking, cleaning, fishing, grocery shopping, etc. What does the daily routine look like? how is the boat organized? how do you plan to share time navigating crossings?

Who can apply?

Repeat whether or not sailing experience is included. are people allowed to apply with friends? what are you looking for in volunteers? what ages are welcome? the volunteers must be able to fly to meet the boat— how does that work? health issues? special skills? a good time to mention again that someone with special skills might be prioritized.
